Q2: How do I login to the website?

You must first be registered with the website in order to login. To login to the website, just go to the main page and on the left top corner, there is a box called login. Just type your email address and your password and click "sign in", and you will be logged in. If you experience any difficulties logging in, you may contact technical support by clicking on the ”Contact Us” link on the top right corner of the website.

Q3: How do I change my profile information; for example, my password?

After signing in to your account, you may click on the profile link located on the left side of the site. The profile section gives you the option to change several pieces of information, including your password. In case of any difficulties you may always contact technical support.

On the second page of eTradeAuto.com, click on the Search for Automotive Business link located on the left side. It will take you to the automotive business’ search page, where you may filter businesses by name, region, or type of vehicle for search purposes.

Q10: How do I advertise my business on eTradeAuto.com? How much do I have to pay to advertise on eTradeAuto.com?

At this moment we are offering a great deal to advertise an automotive business on eTradeAuto.com, namely it being free advertising! You can advertise or upload your business name, location, and deal of the week/ deal of the month along with 10 pictures of your automotive business and one movie detailing the size of your business (1 minute time limit / 30 MB size limit). You can upload a total of 5 movies of your business with the first one being free. However, the next four movies (of size 2 minute time limit / 60 MB size limit) require payment to be hosted, which would translate to $9.99 per movie per month.

Q11: I don’t own a computer, camera, or scanner or I don’t have an internet connection available. How do I advertise my automotive business?

Currently eTradeAuto.com only provides web based services, so if you don’t have a computer, an internet connection or picture taking facilities available, you may not be able to use the web site.

Q12: How can I modify the details of my business, once it’s been posted on the website?

You can login to the eTradeAuto.com website using your email address and password, click on and then edit your profile. The changes will take effect shortly.

Q13: I have an automotive business. What benefit will I get by using eTradeAuto.com?

Q15: Can I signup as an automotive company and private user with the same email address?

At this time we are not providing this functionality in the current version of the site. Such features might be available in a future iteration of the site. For now you have to create 2 email addresses in which one serves as a company profile and the other for private users. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q16: In case of any issues or problems with the website whom should I contact at eTradeAuto.com?

Just click on the “Contact Us” link, provide the required information and then type your message and we’ll get back to you very shortly.

Q17: If I see any material which is offensive or obscene, what should I do in that case?

Just click on the report abuse link and the material in question will be forwarded to our abuse control team. If the material is found to be violating the terms of the site, that individual's account will be removed and banned from eTradeAuto.com permanently.
